Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel did a good job of keeping the sound of the fireworks outside our window at bay, making it quiet enough to sleep. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the location was rowdy and not as clean as expected. The dining experience was mixed with some cold and unappealing food options, although fresh products were available.
The hotel was a lot nicer than expected when I returned on Wednesday the 15th for a two-night stay on the seventh floor. The rooms were clean and updated, featuring a large bathroom and a convenient little fridge to store leftovers or keep water cold. However, the room was a bit on the darker side.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and fairly up to date, providing a comfortable and roomy space for our group of girls. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The location was excellent for our needs, offering convenience to shops and other attractions. The dining experience was satisfying with good food options. However, there were some cleanliness concerns in certain areas and a few minor issues with the bathroom cleanliness. Still, the hotel provided good value for money overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were lovely and had a very comfortable bed, but it was a bit inconvenient not having a place to charge my phone. The cleanliness was impressive, making for a cozy atmosphere. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Scranton, making it easy to walk to shops and nearby attractions. However, the neighborhood felt a bit depressed. The dining experience left something to be desired due to limited options, but the facilities were satisfactory.
